Alejandro Silva

Vice President of Marketing & Operations

Alejandro serves as the Vice President of Marketing & Operations for WBC. He joined the team over seven years ago and currently manages the company’s day to day operations. 

Alejandro has a Master of Public Administration degree with a concentration in Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology & Marketing. Alejandro actively completes continuing education programs and trainings. Some recent certifications include:

  • Chief Executive Officer Certificate - Columbia Business School Executive Education - 2025
  • AI Driven Marketing Strategy Certificate - Columbia Business School Executive Education - 2025
  • Finance Certificate for Non-Finance Professionals - Rice University - 2024
  • Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate - Cornell University - 2019

With a passion for helping others, Alejandro ensures patients and therapists have a great experience at WBC. Alejandro’s flexibility has allowed him to thrive in his role as he’s able to prioritize unexpected developments, plan ahead for developing issues, and mentor team members who are looking to grow through their roles. Prior to joining Westside, Alejandro worked with various environmental nonprofits and served as a remote advisor at Apple, Inc.

About Westside Behavioral Care, Inc.

Westside Behavioral Care (WBC) was founded in 1998 with the goal of providing accessible mental health care to people of all ages across the Denver and Boulder metropolitan areas. Over the last 27 years, our partnerships with licensed therapists in private practice has helped us significantly increase access to care. We add clinically strong, ethically sound therapists to our group whenever availability permits.

The company is led by Dr. Thomas Giles who was a clinical psychologist in private practice for 25 years before founding WBC. Among other things, WBC provides credentialing, billing and referrals to its therapists so that they have more time to focus upon clinical work and quality of life.
