Colorado Mental Health Therapist
WBC is ideal for providers seeking steady referrals while maintaining full autonomy over their private practice. We provide tools and support so providers can focus on providing outstanding care.
Westside Behavioral Care is accepting applications for mental health therapists in private practice. This role is open to providers with an established practice, as well as providers interested in establishing a private practice for the first time. We provide general guidance about establishing a private practice, though it is ultimately up to the provider to determine which business structure works best for them.
Therapists who join us become eligible to receive a considerable volume of outpatient referrals. Our goal is for therapists to eventually be able to see 10 clients per week with us, though we are open to different arrangements if there are extenuating circumstances. We pay substantive, per-session reimbursements to all our participating therapists, which vary by insurance company.
As a therapist in private practice, our business relationship will be through a Service Agreement, not an employee model.
Providers may offer sessions in-person, online, or hybrid. Some insurer panels may only be open to in-person or hybrid providers at this time.

About Westside Behavioral Care, Inc.
Westside Behavioral Care (WBC) was founded in 1998 with the goal of providing accessible mental health care to people of all ages across the Denver and Boulder metropolitan areas. Over the last 27 years, our partnerships with licensed therapists in private practice has helped us significantly increase access to care. We add clinically strong, ethically sound therapists to our group whenever availability permits.
The company is led by Dr. Thomas Giles who was a clinical psychologist in private practice for 25 years before founding WBC. Among other things, WBC provides credentialing, billing and referrals to its therapists so that they have more time to focus upon clinical work and quality of life.
